Does The Whisper Want You To Be Rich?

If you’ve been reading The Weekly Whisper for awhile, you’ve gained some helpful insights on how to recognize, trust and follow the sensations of inner guidance that lead you to your next steps and decisions. But, if you are struggling financially, if you have concerns about money, not enough of it, or how to manage and make more of it, then you might wonder how to listen to guidance so that you can get on the road to financial freedom and independence.
And then, there’s the whopper of a question those on a spiritual path ask: Does God (spirit, the Whisper) want me to be rich? Doesn’t being rich or attaining financial gains contradict self-less service, virtue, and focus on spiritual endeavors? Or, perhaps your big question is: Is it possible to make money doing what I love? If you’ve got “money questions or issues” then you’re going to love this.
First, I’d like to tell you what happened to launch this article (and a fabulous class I’ll be offering), and how I found the Whisper and Wealth to be connected. You see, I wear a Rolex watch, a big diamond ring I received on my 15th wedding anniversary, live in a beautiful house with a tennis court, and have a household income commensurate with my husband’s position as an executive at GM. So why was my bank balance, a few days ago, showing $-868.32? That’s a negative sign right after the dollar sign. I didn’t know that it was possible to have a negative balance in your checking account; I thought the bank shut you down when you reached $0. How did this happen? I can tell you that’s what my husband wanted to know!
So, I did what I always do. I asked the Whisper. I tuned-in to the sensations, spent the entire weekend doing this, and had an internal dialogue for two whole days. When I first asked what happened, I received, “You haven’t been listening.” What?! I did everything I felt guided to do. “Really?” guidance responded, and then what happened next is nothing short of miraculous. I received several SnapShots of when I was guided to do certain things, take specific actions, and I didn’t; I didn’t obey! These SnapShots flooded my memory, one right after the other, snap, snap, snap…it brought me to tears.
What would stop me from following guidance, after all, I teach this stuff? I love the Whisper. Here’s what I discovered, here’s the “click,” – I had certain beliefs about “work” and money that caused me to resist and ignore my essential guidance – I flat out didn’t do what I was told, because I didn’t want to!! I have to tell you that as I typed this I had to take a deep breath; there is a level of vulnerability here, even embarrassment. But, I had to wonder, if I ignore guidance, when it comes to money, with all my years following it and writing a book about it, how easy would it be for anyone to resist guidance when it attempts to lead them to wealth, success, and financial freedom?
So, that brought me to the big question. After all, maybe some of us aren’t “programmed” for wealth. Do some people have an Intrinsic Design* that simply doesn’t align with financial wealth and abundance?
Now, I would not “trust” my opinion about this, so I took some of these questions to Kinesiology (Evo-K)** and muscle-tested the responses.
Here’s the answer to this article’s title question: Does the Whisper Want You to be Rich?
No.
Hold on now. The Whisper doesn’t “want” for anything. There is no lack in Source; it requires nothing to be what it is, omnipotent Love. And whether we are rich or broke, inner guidance sits inside complete in its nature, Love. So the short answer is no.
Then, I asked another way: Is there anyone whose life-design is programmed for poverty or suffering?
No.
Even people starving, in dire poverty?
No.
Whew! Well, space doesn’t allow me to give you the full two-day dialogue, but I can tell you it was fascinating. Not only did I understand from my SnapShots how I ignored and resisted guidance, I received Inspiration for a program to help those who are wondering how to align what they love— what they are intrinsically designed to express— with guidance so they can be lead to “intrinsic wealth.” It’s all about aligning your Intrinsic Life-print as you follow inner guidance. I am so excited about this! So much so, I am writing this while in bed, with a temp, and surrounded by spent tissues.
