3 Steps to Inner Stillness

Whisper Message
Have you ever noticed that the Whisper seems most difficult to perceive, or discern, when you need it the most?
In The Power of Now, Eckhart Tolle talks about your Inner Presence, and being in the now. He describes the now as free from thoughts about the future or the horrors and pain of the past. He says that in order to be present, you must be ‘the watcher’ of your mind; you must notice how often your attention is in the past or the future. In Your Essential Whisper we refer to this as Noticing.
As ‘the watcher’ your attention is reclaimed from the future or the past. Once the recla iming has occurred, you are in the here-and-now. You are present. You are still. From the place of stillness, the Whisper is easily discerned. In fact, it’s hard to miss. To learn the three steps to Inner Stillness, LISTEN HERE!
