It’s that time again! Time to dream about what you’d love to create for the new year. Time to reflect on all you have accomplished, learned, and enjoyed in 2009. And of course, time to notice what you wanted to do but didn’t.
What if this year you had only one resolution? What if coming back to what brings your soul joy was on the top of your list? Do you think you’d get all the other goals accomplished?
When we talk about following your essential Whisper, it is the same as saying “follow your joy, follow your knowings, follow your resonance, follow your peace, follow your energy.”

Here they are.
What would happen if you took only guided action?
What would happen if you moved only in directions that felt joyful?
What would happen if you only react to what’s in front of you?
What would happen if you did only what you are energized and guided to do in each moment?
What would happen if you made joy your only goal?
What would happen if you dynamited all concepts of how __________should look?
What would happen if you live what you know to be true?
What would happen if you stopped pretending any of this (anything other than joy and love) is real?
