There is a true story about a man who was an absolute genius. In fact, he was so intelligent that people came from far and wide to seek his advice. One day his mind really got a hold of him and started saying stupid things. Just as he was about to commit suicide, he realized that the idiot (his ego/mind) was about to kill them both (the idiot and the Real Self). Fortunately, he woke up to what the idiot was about to do and lived to tell the story. LaRues’ idiot showed up this last weekend and it did a real number on her until she was finally able to break free. She was paralyzed by fear. Want to know how she broke free?

I love recieving the Weekly Whisper. Listening to your voice this morning was very soothing. I agree that the idiot does visit us all. My fear, I feel my idiot has flippin moved in for good.

LaRue, thank you for sharing your thoughts. It brought tears to my eyes … to hear that you were in such a dark place, and because it echoed exactly where I was on the weekend! Oh LaRue, It just made me laugh and cry because of the time and work that we did last week. Boy do I empathize sistah! That dang idiot has really been knocking on my door, but I’m not interested. It seems that Spirit has something else for me to do/be right now. It’s kind of like that old SNL shtick where the cable guy is knocking and he says, “Land Shark, Pizza delivery guy, etc.”, and you know it’s still the idiot out there. I’ve been using my visualization to send him away and it’s working!!!! I thank you for your courageous vulnerability to share your experience with us. Love you so much! TP

LaRue,
I love your transparency because it gives me permission to become more transparent. I know the only way for me to feel more alive more often is to transcend my monkey mind.
The only time I feel any pain is when I believe my thoughts.
The funny thing is that the whisper is ALL WAYS there and most of time I simply write it off.
You have reminded me that until I get my thoughts on paper the mind will continue to play tricks on me.
I’d like more of the raw unedited dialogue from you because it lets me know that I’m not alone.
