For years Vanessa has resisted the inner promptings to take a deep look into what she truly desires to do as her work. Why? Her relationships are joyful, she experiences financial security. Life overall is quite good. But there was always an internal struggle around the area of work, a kind of love hate relationship to it. Until an autoimmune disorder woke her up to self-attack and self-sabotage, which are the subtle, yet powerful ways we resist inner guidance. The fear is, if we take a closer look at what we are resisting we won’t like what we see. Not true. Resistance holds the power. Cracking open resistance unleashes energy and inspiration.
