Whisper Message

In order to trust your inner guidance you must recognize it first, trust it, and then follow, which means take the guided actions you are given.

It is the ACTION part that is going to give you more and more trust.

Often, however we run into resistance. The patterns and beliefs we hold that keep us from following our guidance.

Yet it is the action that turns around RESISTANCE. What is resistance? Resistance is the reason we tell ourselves for not taking the guided steps.

In today’s video, Vanessa shares with you the 10 major patterns of resistance we use. Each of us default to one or more of these. See if you recognize yours. Next time, she will tell you the distinct feelings of resistance so you can become more and more aware of these patterns when they show up.

The sensations of guidance direct us to take action, follow the energy, follow the inspiration, follow the direct answers. Without action we stay in resistance.

Frustration is one of those really uncomfortable feelings we’d rather do without. Yet there is some real benefit to feeling frustration. Frustration happens usually when we are stretching ourselves into something new or uncharted. As long as we don’t mistake frustration as guidance and instead rely on the guidance of Inspiration that compels our desires and goals… we will achieve SUCCESS!
